This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit www.jakubkubajz.com, why, for how long and what rights you have. It is written in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679).

Adults only

This website contains artistic nude and glamour photography and is intended only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

What data we process and why

Visiting the website

When you open any page, the web server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. We need this to deliver the website and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider and then deleted.

Cookies and website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Limited) to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited and how people arrive. Google Analytics only runs after you give consent in the cookie banner. If you click “Reject All”, no analytics cookies are set. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie icon in the corner of the page.

If you sign up for the newsletter, we process your email address to send you occasional emails about new models and sets. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the sign-up form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to info@jakubkubajz.com. We keep your email address until you unsubscribe.

Contacting us by email

If you write to us, for example to apply as a model, propose a collaboration or ask about prints, we process your name, email address and whatever you include in your message, so that we can reply and handle your request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering messages (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Patreon

Memberships, collections and purchases are handled on Patreon. When you click a link to Patreon, you leave this website and Patreon processes your data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We receive from Patreon only the information Patreon makes available to creators about their members.

Third-party services

Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited): website statistics, only with your consent.
YouTube (Google Ireland Limited): embedded videos on some pages. When a video is played, YouTube may set its own cookies.
Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia): delivery of images and video files.
Web hosting provider in the European Union: stores the website, server logs and newsletter sign-ups.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Transfers outside the EU

Google may process data in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of protection. Where that does not apply, transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you,
have inaccurate data corrected,
have your data erased,
restrict how we process it,
receive your data in a portable format,
object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz. You can also contact the authority in the EU country where you live.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the website or the law changes. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
